What is the focus of the role?
JUST is hunting for a Mid-Market Account Executive to convert high-growth D2C and omnichannel brands (think Jott, Soeur, , From Future, Jimmy Fairly, PolĂšne, Oh My Cream!, Papier Tigres, Stronger, etc.) into raving fans of our CRO-driven checkout. Mid-Market is our revenue engine today: fast cycles, visible logos, and huge network effects once we win the categoryâs rising stars. Your mission:
- Capture the best-in-class brands in the âŹ5-100 M GMV range
- Run velocity deals (â âŹ50-250k ACVs) while keeping an eye on land-and-expand
- Be the face of JUST for founders, Heads of E-Commerce, and Growth leads who need tangible uplift
What youâll do
- This is a full-cycle sales role: from outbound prospecting to closing. At JUST, we believe the best closers are the best hunters. Youâll generate your own pipeline, drive momentum, and close deals fast with precision and ownership at every step.
- Own the full sales cycle: outbound, qualify, demo, close. Youâll be responsible from first touch to signature on 15â90 day cycles.
- Sell value, not just features: we donât pitch a product, we sell measurable uplift. Youâll dig into GMV, AOV, conversion rate, and help brands understand why JUST is a growth lever, not a widget.
- Run high-impact discovery calls: uncover the real pain points, quantify upside, and translate insights into ROI-driven proposals that speak the clientâs language.
- Show up where it matters: trade shows, LinkedIn, partner events, community dinnersâyouâre visible, relevant, and turn attention into signed contracts.
- Multithread accounts with purpose: engage the right mix of stakeholders (product, legal, finance) while keeping velocity high.
- Be a domain expert: weâre category creators, not followers. Youâll build knowledge in CRO, checkout UX, and ecom performance to challenge and educate buyers.
- Feed the loop: capture field insights to influence product roadmap and messaging, your feedback shapes what we build.
- Forecast and report with rigor: clean pipeline management, zero surprises. Youâre in control of your numbers in HubSpot.
