What is the focus of the role?
JUST is looking for an Account Manager to support a portfolio of high-growth D2C and omnichannel brands (such as Jott, Soeur, From Future, Jimmy Fairly, Polène, Oh My Cream!, Papier Tigre, Stronger, etc.) and turn them into true ambassadors of our CRO-driven checkout experience.
🎯 Mission: manage and nurture existing client relationships, identify opportunities to optimize performance, strengthen engagement, and drive long-term growth.
- Grow and nurture best-in-class brands in the €5–100M GMV range, driving measurable uplift and long-term partnerships.
- Own and expand strategic accounts (≈ €50–250k ACVs) through upsell, cross-sell, and continuous value delivery.
- Be the face of JUST for founders, Heads of E-Commerce, and Growth leaders — a trusted partner turning insights into tangible results.
What you’ll do
- Street-smart & client-focused: You spot growth opportunities where others see stability. You create ongoing value and strengthen relationships proactively, without waiting to be asked.

- Analytical & performance-driven: You understand your clients’ business metrics (GMV, conversion rate, AOV, retention) and turn them into sharp, impactful recommendations.

- Communicative and client-oriented: you adapt your communication to each stakeholder (CEO, CMO, Head of Ops…), ask the right questions to understand their goals, and turn complex topics into clear, actionable insights that drive client success.
