We are looking for a Customer Support Intern who will work closely with the Revenues & Operations teams to build the best customer journey and deliver a strong value to our merchants. This role is at the heart of our customer-centric strategy and our human approach to business ideal candidate here.
Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Success Manager in the follow-up of his customers
- Follow the customers in real time, answer their problems
- Act as the customer's spokesperson by identifying and communicating to the Product team the platform's weak points or development opportunities.
- Develop new internal processes to increase efficiency and responsiveness to our customers
- Perform various analyses (conversion rate, number of shopping carts generated per Just) and provide recommendations
Qualifications
- You are currently in a business school
- You are looking for a 2nd part of gap year or an end-of-studies internship
- You have good interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills (french and english)
- You have an analytical mind, like to solve problems
- You are organized, versatile and responsive
- You are attracted by start-ups and the e-commerce environment
