- ownership: We don’t believe our roles limit us to one particular set of tasks, we believe that anyone can bring something to the table, no matter its current role at the company. A problem for one is a problem for all, we have to go above and beyond to make sure our customers inherit from the best services.
- never let go: At JUST we believe in perseverance when it comes to getting things done. We don’t measure your value by the hours ou spend at the office but by your capacity to deliver results even when the stacks are against you. We admire people who love a challenge and keep pushing themselves to solve it.
- communication: We like to work efficiently, and that means doing things rather than sitting in meetings for 4 hours a day. At JUST, we even banned meetings between 10 am and 5.30pm to make sure you can focus on your work during the day, unbothered. To make sure our teams stay aligned we believe in written communication through notion or slack.

🤝 Weekly sync, every monday at 2pm the whole team gathers in the office to “sync-up”.
🖲️ Product tours every month a tech presents a new improvement on the product.
🍾 Every two month we make sure all the team gets together for a little night about town.

🧁 One off site every year - bringing all JUSTers together for a few days to work and have fun together.
