The starting point.
From the moment you receive your offer letter, your journey with our team begins. Your future manager will call you to share the exciting news, followed by a detailed offer letter via email.
What’s in Your Offer Letter?
The "welcome home" feeling.
We believe in making you feel at home from the get-go. After receiving your signed offer letter, we’ll keep in touch to ensure you feel welcomed.
From the day we receive the signed offer letter to your very first day, we'll strive to find any excuse we can think of to get in touch and make you feel at welcome.
When we get the chance, we invite future team members to join our quarterly offsite and team events before their start date.
On your first day, we’ll introduce you to the team with a welcome message on Slack, team rituals, coffee chats, or all of the above! We’ll also ask you to fill out a fun personal intro to share with the team, sparking conversations and connections.
During your first few days, you’ll meet with team members, founders, and your buddy through dedicated onboarding sessions and coffee chats.
The (huge) focus on planning.
We aim for a seamless start. You’ll receive your IT equipment and tools at least a week in advance to set up your workspace and all paperwork will be completed before your first day. So then you can focus on meeting with the team 🙂
